Having steered clear of the spotlight since her marital woes became the hot topic in Hollywood, Sandra Bullock was all smiles at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards in Universal City, California. Gracing the Gibson Amphitheatre venue, the "Blind Side" beauty, who received the MTV Generation Award, gave the audience an eyeful as she laid a big smooch on Scarlett Johansson to the applause of the packed house.

During her acceptance speech, Miss Bullock cleared up any misguided rumors, saying, "One, I'm not dead. Two, everyone has cellulite, not just me. Paparazzi need more flattering lenses. And whoever established the high road and how high it should be should be fired."As previously reported by Gossip Center, Sandra made a surprise appearance Saturday night (June 5) at Spike TV's "Guys Choice" event to accept the "Troops Choice" Award for Entertainer of The Year. The 45-year-old's busy weekend comes after spending time bonding with her young adopted son, Louis Bardo.
