Indian rock band Agnee is all set to create a theme song for Walt Disney’s upcoming action-adventure flick The Avengers starring Hollywood hotties like Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans.
“We are great fans of these superheroes and it gives us great pleasure to be part of this epic action-adventure flick,” says Mohan, lead vocalist of the band. “We're working with the awesome Abbas Tyrewala on lyrics of the theme song.We're looking forward to a great association with Disney and Abbas, and are already at work on the song,” elaborates Mohan and Koco (guitarist).
Though the details and location of the video is still to be finalised, it is learned that the band willbe seen in the theme song video too. With this feat, Agnee becomes the second Indian band after Strings (who made the promotional video for the film Spiderman) to do a Hollywood collaboration like this.
