Naturally, the best thing Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson could think to do on a Saturday night was to hang out with their ex. Maybe they just really, really wanted to confirm that their just-finalized divorce papers were in order?
Or maybe, as per spies out of People and Life & Style, they were more interested in having a "flirty" get together over din-din and the occasional backrub. One of those options sounds like more fun, anyway -- even if it does potentially sorta-kinda mess with the rumour Reynolds has been getting serious with Charlize Theron. (That guy. What a man-minx.)
And whatever was going on over dinner, People reports that it looked "flirty.""They were leaning in closely to each other when talking," said the magazine's spy. "They were being flirty."Life & Style noted that the couple arrived at dinner together, and spent the evening cozying up in a secluded back booth. "Scarlett was being very flirty with him, staring into his eyes and listening very intently to everything he was saying and the way Ryan looked at her, you could tell he still has feelings for her," said the magazine's source.
"Scarlett kept pinching Ryan's cheeks and caressing his face and, while they were chatting, Ryan would rub her back periodically," the witness continued. The couple's divorce was finalized earlier this month. They married in September 2008 outside of Tofino, B.C.
